Frequently Asked Questions

Our primary focus is commercial and high-end residential estates. We don't take on standard suburban residential jobs — not because we can't, but because our equipment and process is designed for environments that demand more. If you have a significant residential property or acreage, reach out and we'll let you know if we're the right fit.

It depends on the scope. A straightforward tree uplighting installation across 6–8 trees can usually be completed in a single day. A full festoon system with custom post installation and cabling takes 2–3 days. Large commercial streetscape projects are staged over 1–2 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the quote.

We service all of Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and the broader South East Queensland region. For projects further afield in regional Queensland, contact us and we'll discuss whether it makes sense.

Site visits and quotes are free of charge. We'll visit your site, assess the scope and provide a detailed, fixed-price quote with no obligation to proceed. There are no hidden costs or variations in our quotes — what we quote is what you pay, unless the scope changes at your request.
